Leaky condos? … Not anymore! This structure had the joists extending out from the living space, directly onto the decks. Due to settlement and lack of slope away from the living space, water was coming into the building. We removed all the existing decks, installed a new foundation to support the new structure, and built it brand new from the ground up! Aluminum railings, 60mm vinyl decking throughout, and metal cladding throughout made all 28 tenants very pleased!!!
