We started with a small home that was nearly 60yrs. old and turned it into something new and amazing!!! As you will be able to tell from the photos, we added and engineered slab foundation, removed the existing roof, framed the new footprint, added new trusses to accommodate the old and the new, created a new vaulted great room, and sided the exterior with hardy board and stained cedar trims and installed a new metal roof throughout. Inside we added and additional bedroom, great room and bathroom. The vaulted ceiling has a whitewash T&G pine and the bedrooms re-used the existing cedar T&G, to maintain some of the history of their existing home.
